What types of wood can Megahout plane for you?
Megahout works exclusively with certified spruce for structural applications. Although other wood types can be suitable for planing, we deliberately opt for spruce because of its ideal balance between strength, durability and machinability.
Fast and efficient delivery: Planed wood on site
To plane large volumes of wood, Megahout deploys fully automated planing lines. Slats can be automatically bunched. In early 2023, we commissioned a completely new additional planing line. For smaller quantities, demand for profiles and specific requirements that differ from the standard range, we deploy our flexible planing lines. With multiple universal shafts, you can have Megahout produce almost any model. Once the spruce has undergone the necessary processing, we provide suitable packaging tailored to your requirements.
